Job description
We are looking for you as a Global Mechanical Manager (m/f/d) to manage our teams of mechanical design at interesting customer projects. You can expect varied and responsible tasks in a team-oriented and modern company.
Your responsibilities
- Overall organization and managing of teams of mechanical designers within European Manz legal units
- Set of mechanical and machine strategy
- Definition and maintaining of interfaces to other departments within the company and Manz Group
- Definition and organization of mechanical workflow
- Participation in Kick-Off Meetings
- Capacity planning of mechanical design and calculation of hours at large scale customer projects
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation or completed technical training with further training as a technician or comparable training
- Professional experience in mechanical design
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering, design standards and automatization
- Good knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and CAD as well as knowledge of MS Office
- Communicative and team-oriented personality with intercultural skills with previous experience at multinational companies
- Systematic way of thinking and working combined with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel worldwide and solid English skills complete your profile
