During the first few weeks, you will receive introductory events such as a presentation of our company and our divisions to get to know Manz AG better.
Depending on the area in which you start at Manz AG, you will receive selected and specific technical trainings adapted to the requirements of your future work.
All new employees are assigned a Mentor who facilitates their introduction to the company and is available to answer questions at any time.

At Manz, we regularly conduct detailed employee performance reviews. This helps employees develop personally and professionally and lets them know "where they stand" within the company. The first performance review is held three months after starting a job at our company, with the second following at the end of the probationary period. After that, annual performance reviews are held with the respective manager – as well as additional development discussions, if necessary.

To maintain the flow of information throughout the company, our employees are provided with up-to-date information about new contracts and organizational changes in weekly department meetings. In addition, the Management Board provides information on a quarterly basis at staff meetings on the status of the individual segments or specific innovations and projects, as well as on planned targets and strategies.
