- Prepare competitive solution and co-work with sales team to generate new orders
- Manage development projects by setting requirements, cost and timelines
- Define design strategies based on the company’s overall objectives and resources
- Implement innovative technologies to improve competitive advantages
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
- Align development strategy with R&D team in Germany.

Qualification
- Knowledge in Semiconductor, Display, PCB process and experience in equipment design, development
- Knowledge in Mechanical structure, liquid flow, and automation
- Knowledge in material characteristic application and quality requirement
- Effective internal & external communication skills
- Fluent Chinese and English writing and speaking capability
Education / Work experience
- Master's degree or above and major in mechanical engineering
- 10+ years working experience in equipment design and development including 5+ years management experience
Personality
- Bright, conscientious, creative and passion
- Enjoy in interacting with people and sharing knowledge
- Willing to travel with short notice
