At our entity in Sasso Marconi (Bologna), Italy, we are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer (m/f/d) to support the market-driven development of new production lines for the battery market of the future.
Your responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy machine learning (ML) models for our battery manufacturing equipment and factory of the future
- Act as a technical expert for Artificial Intelligence (AI) engineering and drive adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Actively contribute to the digitalization ecosystem together with Artificial Intelligence (AI) product manager
- Close collaboration and communication with internal as well as external interfaces regarding requirements, solutions and procedures
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Systems Engineering and/or Automation Technology or higher education
- Professional experience in the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions (machine learning systems, algorithms, or applications such as deep learning and time series analysis)
- Hands-on knowledge of Python/C++, TensorFlow (TFLite, embedded/edge TF, TensorFlow Extended), system/model optimization experience
- Experience with machine learning systems, handling big data, and applications
- Very good knowledge of analytics or data analysis
- Very good grasp of technical processes, functions, and requirements
- High level of self-motivation, strong problem-solving skills, and a structured, independent approach with the ability to implement concepts into code
- Creativity, team-oriented personality, and proactivity are recommended to get the job done
- Systematic and analytical thinking as well as high flexibility, reliability, and resilience
- Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile
