Yes, that's what we launched the Manz Academy for. Based on the company's needs, the Manz Academy plans, organizes, and manages internal and external advanced training measures. In this context, we ensure that the training courses meet your needs exactly, and that the training is beneficial to both sides – you as the employee and Manz as the company. The advanced training measures are discussed and evaluated by Managers and employees in retrospect during the annual performance reviews.

We always accept applications from recent college graduates, since we have many entry-level positions that we like to fill with young people just beginning their careers. Depending on the position and the area of business, we are looking for graduates in a number of different fields. In general, we hire college graduates with degrees in mathematics, computer science, science, or technological fields such as mechatronics, electrical engineering, control / production / automation / process engineering, mechanical engineering, IT, physics, chemistry and economists.

Initially student trainees are hired for a period of six months, although this period of time can be extended. During the semester up to 20 hours per week can be worked. During vacations up to 40 hours per week are possible. The actual average working time per week is agreed individually.

We publish all our vocational training, study and job vacancies online in our job exchange. We therefore ask applicants to apply directly to the respective job posting. If there is no suitable vacancy, you are welcome to submit an unsolocoted application stating the desired field of activity.
Whether applying via the online portal, by e-mail or by post, please ensure that the documents are complete. This includes a cover letter, a complete curriculum vitae in table form and certificates (e.g. work, school, internship, training certificate, diploma, master's or bachelor's degree certificate, and student performance records).
