In accordance with Section 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), the Management Board and Supervisory Board of a listed stock corporation must declare annually that the recommendations of the "Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code" have been and are being complied with or which recommendations have not been or are not being applied. Any deviations from the recommendations must also be justified.
The Managing Board and Supervisory Board of Manz AG issue an annual declaration of compliance, which is made permanently available to the public on the company's website.
