Numerous trend-setting processes for handling, cleaning, and testing battery cells are integrated into Manz equipment. Depending on customer specifications, all common battery cell formats can be configured into modules. If required, the configuration can be quickly adapted and third-party solutions can be easily integrated. Efficient inspection and measurement systems ensure the consistently high quality of the battery modules. A barcode on each battery cell provides seamless quality, process parameter, and part traceability. We provide extremely precise processes: For example, connections of battery cells with busbars or electrical components of the module are welded using ultrasonic and/or laser processes.
